As a SOLOIST he produced a very interesting performance from a classical study of the Symphony no. 9 by Ludwig van Beethoven (first integral performance at the theatre Pio X in Padua on December 13th, 1987, full hall with over 1000 members of audience) (some pictures, videos and photos).

The performance titled “ TRIBUTE TO BEETHOVEN” lasts about eighty minutes and consists on live music drums on a recorded background of the Symphony no. 9. The result is an absolutely new interpretation which represents an interesting cultural musical event.

It is entirely successful and it is still played in theatres, squares, churches etc. and just with this opera:

-           in 1989 he won a RAI TV selection as a new and very interesting musical proposal in a program conducted by Pippo Baudo (350 participants took part to this selection )

-           in 1993 this opera was proposed for a conference about “Che Guevara” organised by the RAI TV journalist Gianni Minà

-           in 1995 he participated with this opera to the famous music concert and classical dance festival at Villa Badoere (Fratta Polesine - Rovigo, Italy) (some videos and photos).

With the same opera and with some extracts from “William Tell” by G. Rossini or “Rite of the Spring” by I. Stravinsky, he participated as a guest to several festivals or benefit manifestations among which:

-           in 1987-1988 he took part to some international cultural exchanges

-           in 1988 at the Theatre S. Marco in Mestre (Venice)

-           in 1989 at the “International fair of the book” in Pontremoli (MS, Italy). The local news devoted a report to him

-           in 1989 at the theatre “Villa dei Leoni” at Mira (Venice)

-           in 1989 at the theatre “Don Bosco” in Rovigo for the great Rovigo Fair

-           in 1994 at the Ancient Theatre of Ostiglia (Mantova)

-           in several High Schools

-           during Mass at Christmas Night from 1992 to 1995

-           for the 1st November festivity (all saints) in the churche 1997

-           on December 8th (Immaculate Conception feast) in the churche 1992 (one review)

-           in some debates with some authorities for the Peace of Sarajevo (one review)

-           in 1994 for the magistrate Giampaolo Schiesaro

-           in 1998 for the celebration in honour of Giancarlo Caselli, chief magistrate of Palermo

-       between 1993 and 2000 in some Commemorations for the judges Falcone and Borsellino, with the participation of relatives and authorities (one review)

-           on 1th day of year 2005 in the churche for the peace day (see some videos) (listen mp3) (some photos)

-           and many more.... (some reviews)

This is as a soloist DEMO-CD "TRIBUTE TO BEETHOVEN 2 - Drum Improvisation On The Symphony No. 5"

(listen some CD's mp3)

From year 2004 Aiello too adds to TRIBUTE TO BEETHOVEN the Movements of 5th Symphony from his

soloist DEMO-CD (of the 2004), "TRIBUTE TO BEETHOVEN 2 - Drum Improvisation On The Symphony No. 5"

unlike the first one “Drum In The Symphony no.9", as the title suggests “Drum Improvisation On The Symphony no. 5”, this interpretation is almost completely based on Improvisation “on” the Fifth, instead of following a real score for drum written and provided whit little improvisation to sound “within” the 9th Symphony”.
